We had our intimate wedding with family and close friends here and can’t imagine to have been married anywhere else. Dee at Kensington Prairie Farm supported us from planning to day of, and didn’t forget a single detail. They took care of the set up, decorations, the entire reception and coordinated the most beautiful alpaca bridal photos. An alpaca tour for our guests was also included. If you love alpacas, farm animals and a beautiful field, you’ll have no regrets getting married here! Everything was easy and it really was a no-stress wedding thanks to their organization and beautiful venue.
I had the most adorable experience during my visit to the farm, where I got to meet charming alpacas! The convenience of provided parking made the trip even smoother. What caught my attention was the affordable entry fee of just $7.5 and 2 for $15, which is even redeemable if you decide to purchase souvenirs. This makes the visit not only reasonable but also a fantastic deal. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a delightful and memorable outing.
Cute farm with Alpacas, chickens and rabbits. Big free parking, bathroom is inside the building. Entrance I believe is around 5$ per person u can check on the website, they have tours talking about alpacas. You can also pay for private walks with alpacas for photoshoots for example. Alpacas are on the other side of the fence and don’t like to be touched so you basically watching the from a distance, but still very pleasant experience. I suggest you to come on a sunny day. There is a play area for kids with some farm toys, swing. In the store you can find clothes, toys and other things made of alpacas fur. Beautiful place.
This farm is amazing! I had a delightful experience, and hanging out with the alpacas up close, made me smile throughout the day. I saw soo many alpacas, and they were all so adorably cute. I plan to visit often because I'd miss them otherwise. The staff was also super friendly.
What an amazing experience at Kensington Prairie Farm LTD. The Alpaca’s were so adorable. We saw a huge turkey and huge old rabbits that looked so different. The staff were very accommodating and answered all our questions about the animals in the farm. Made us watch the Alpaca’s during their feeding time and it was simply amazing to watch them.
Alpaca theme animal farm. Very clean and very open for everyone to visit. Chickens, turkeys, rabbits and a cat are everywhere, out of the cage. Beautiful store to check out as well, all stuffs made of alpaca “wool’, great quality. Farm visiting fee 7.5$ for adult and waived with store purchase.
Friendly staff, alpacas in large numbers and good quality of alpaca fur stuff make a fun experience even on a rainy-cloudy day. Highly recommend this spot especially if you need to impress your parents visiting Canada. They have free parking and great signage along the roads to lead you to it! The farm also has a tour, information session starting at 12:15pm and other activities, however we just stopped for a walk around and slight shopping as we were tied up on time :
Love love love this place . The animals are so cute and the staff are so friendly. Everyone there is so incredibly nice. You can tell they love the animals so much …. I love that they know their names , and the staff will tell you this is “Whoever” I can’t remember the names as well as them , I love him hearing them say that is so cute… you can tell this is not just any farm, and they really love what they do .. How can you not go to this place and love it. One of my favourite things that I bought from the Kensington store , my own fluffy fur alpaca I absolutely love it
I have to say this is the most amazing place to go , the animals are amazing, friendly, and beautiful and the staff are so kind and friendly. I would also like to acknowledge the professionalism and kindness and dedication the staff show towards the animals, even when people don’t abide by the rules and attempt to ignore the numerous signs about entering properties and feeding animals that don’t even belong to them. I can’t say I would keep my composure as well as these people do…. They are very professional, and I cannot believe how disrespectful some guest people are when they visit this place. I will go back in a second not only to see the fabulous staff but I also love seeing the chickens - they are the cutest..
Alpacas are so cute. They eat the grass all the time. It’s a wonderful experience to visit the farm. I love the felted soap pattern so much!! It’s sooo cute.
