My Mom has had a great experience so far. I appreciate the staff and the care they provide for my mom on a daily basis. It’s clean, beautiful grounds and a comforting atmosphere.

They hire incompetent staff, that can't answer easy questions because of their lack of knowledge of the English language! Although the girls work hard, the Ontario government will not allow too many permanent workers! Hiring part-time workers allows the employer to NOT pay for ANY benefits!

have been working here for just a few years and I have to say the management here is very cruel. They gaslight the staff and underpay us. Don't provide promotions. very little growth..whenever someone asks for a pay raise they disappear after...

Most staff were ok that's it. It was not a good experience and now we are looking for our aunt and she will not go there I hope but on the list.

The staff are nice and they care for my Dad.

My dad stays here, everytime I visit him on Sunday he asks me to buy him a slice of chocolate cheesecake from across the street. CEO takes a very hands on approach to running the place!

Lisa smith is abusing the elderly patients. she is a caregiver here and I have spoken to my elderly mother and I will be moving her. I cannot believe they employ criminals who pick on the elderly. DISGUSTING
