Kensington Florist is one of Calgary's finest florists, centrally located in the thriving Kensington district, just off downtown. We first opened our doors in May of 1989, and offer a variety of floral products with exceptional service. Our flowers are brought in from various growers several times a week to ensure we're carrying only the highest quality products. Our friendly staff is unbeatable at producing stunning arrangements and great smiles! We also offer fruit and gourmet baskets, plant baskets, balloon bouquets and giftware.

Carissa and her team were able to provide exactly what I wanted for my wedding flowers. Apart from small arrangements and bouquets which I wanted to keep very simple, Carissa designed one large floral arrangement for me and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. A week and a half later, many of the flowers are still beautiful and vibrant. I'm very impressed, and would recommend Kensington Florist for any event; Carissa can create a flower arrangement for you that you could not have thought of yourself.

Wow. The ladies here gave me the best customer service I have had anywhere. It was last minute mothers day and I didn't have time to get down to the store before closing. I was looking for a specific style of vase, one girl took photos of a couple they had and emailed them to me!!!! I emailed back to say which one I wanted and they held the vase for me the day before mothers day. Awesome. So happy with my purchase, it was actually a pleasure to shop here! I was blown away :)

Thank you to Jamie and staff for helping resolve my flower issue. The flower arrangement was for my wife on our 11 year anniversary. I sent an email to Kensington Florist explaining that I felt there was an issue with the arrangements quality. I wasn't really sure if I would get a reply. I was surprised how quickly my email was answered and once pictures were reviewed, how quickly Jamie offered fix the situation by replacing the arrangement. My wife was so happy to see the new arrangement. Thank you Jamie your fantastic customer service! Happy wife, happy life :) Sincerely Robin

The arrangement I requested over the phone was beyond my expectations. Only draw back is the parking. I had to pay for one hour while it took less than 10 minutes in and out.
