I found everyone to be really friendly and also helpful. They helped me to feel more comfortable and knowledgeable about my eye exam.
I have been trying to find an optometrist who could not only give me a prescription that would fix the "double" vision i have that was horrible at night, but also could explain to me why i had it. Iv been to 3 different optometrists in Lethbridge not a single one was able to help me properly. I either got glasses that didnt do much or were so bad my vision would be worse and it would give me headaches to the point i just couldn't wear them. Even after going back a second time to get the prescription adjusted. Dr. Miller found me the perfect perscription that made a huge diffference and does not give me headaches, not even in the first week were "you just have to get use to them". She was also able to explain my perscription and why my eyes were giving me trouble in the first place! My husband had the same experience were for the first time since he's been wearing glasses, about 14 years he has a precription that didnt give him a headache in the first day or week of wearing them. Plus, she is fantastic with our kids!
