Price was right. Rooms were clean and in good shape... very cutely decorated, with the necessary basics (mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Although the location is right on the river, it's also right off the main hwy, right next to the bridge (river overpass). Which was convenient for travel and navigating around town, and fortunately not too noisy with traffic, but not the most eye appealing. Speaking of noise.. you will here EVERY sound the guests staying above you or next to you make. Fortunately. Our neighbors were pretty mellow. So bring earplugs and eye mask , especially in summer. The lounge is fabulous, quite lively, cozy and even swanky. All in all.. decent place for the price (99$ per night, off season.

Suite 201 was anything but a sweet room to stay in. Right next to the bridge was the equivalent of I-5 in Seattle. no air conditioning couldn't get the room under 75 to 80 degrees, unless you open the windows at night but then you couldn't endure the noise from the road. And all of the beautiful bay windows looking upon the river none of them open like all the other rooms so you can get the breeze off the water. They charged my credit card at the beginning of our stay so we couldn't divide the bill when we checked out and wouldn't credit and debit again like most Resorts I've stayed with, in the event they make that mistake. The furniture was pre 1960 which I can't imagine why in such a nice location and a lodge that is always full in terms of capacity with such a nice new bar you would think they would dedicate more Monies to the rooms to keep the clients happy. Really they just need to blow out those bay windows and put a deck there and a window AC unit and problem solved. Not sure what to do about the freeway conditions it is a booming place in the summer so I guess you have to take some bad with all the good. Love the location though. Bring your earplugs if you stay in this suite.

Went for a couple drinks after work. Sat on the back balcony. Service was friendly and fast, drinks were well made. It was a bit chilly, so we were able to turn on the patio heater and sit by the fire pit. Very cozy and all around good experience. I'll be back again.

Very nice lounge with an amazing view of the river. Great place to meet friends after work.
