The meat is Amazing!! My family is always happy with everything we get. The rep and delivery guy are always fantastic as well to deal with. The delivery is always prompt! We have been super impressed and can't wait to order more!
STAY AWAY! Door to door sales person offering "free meat". Once interested, they want to sit down and give a "presentation". Just sell your product without dishonesty and tricks.
I would not even bother to share a review if it wasn't for such a bad experience. Felt that the sales person misrepresented the amount of meat we would receive. First, the total came to $5600 for the year $110 / week , we got a discount for having our own freezer which ended up being $100/week instead of $110 but over 56 weeks instead of 52 so it ended up being the same thing. We didn't mind because we were told that the amount and quality of meat was well worth it. We had the shipment of meat come to our door in which we were extremely disappointed. May have lasted our family 6 months tops. We were told each case was about 20lbs, the largest case we received was 11lbs. When I called the rep she flat out said that "I may have thought I was getting 20lb cases but that is not what I was getting" and I could not refuse the shipment as I had signed a contract! I was within my 10 day protection period so I refused it anyway. Again, probably wouldn't have left a review if I didn't receive one of the nastiest phone calls from the owner of the company that was about 15seconds long telling me on how I wasted his time and money. I would not recommend this product or service to anyone unless you want to overpay for your meat. I cannot talk about the quality as I did not try it but I feel like I can go to an actual farm and receive the same quality for 1/4 of the price.

I'm a fan. The quality of meat is very good. The customer service is quick and helpful. Our sales guy Tad is one of a kind, in the best way. I recommended you to many of my friends for this reason alone. Also....the delivery drivers must have all played Tetris and become champions because there is no way the amount of meat they put in the freezer should have fit!!! We look forward to another year of good meals. Only improvement I can recommend is on some of the pantry items- the amount is underestimated for what a family of a4 would consume in a year. Ex. 1 case of garbage bags....just meant as a helpful criticism ....never hurts to get even better!!
My family signed up for their gold service which was supposed to feed a family of four for a year. We were told by the sales associate Tad that we would receive three deliveries a year. As our food was running low at the four month period, we called to make our second order. We were informed that we only receive one delivery per year and after several empty promises and no return calls. We were stuck paying $130 a week for the rest of the year even though we had run out of food after 5 months. This is a scam service that is run by incompetent service representatives. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Absolutely terrible and no accountability for the lies told at the beginning of the service.
Consumer protection ontario is a great resource when dealing with companies like this. You have a 10 day cooling off period when a contract is signed in your home during which time you can change your mind. I won't even go into detail about our awful experience with this company. Do your research and know your rights.
It’s our 3rd year!! Our first initial guy was meh but all concerns I had were taken care of right away !!! We reordered last year. We love all the meat. Love the bulk of dry goods and supplies !!! The service is great and super flexible with my 3rd order
great company. the custom meats have been wonderful and tasty! and having everything at our fingertips and in our new freezer they provided for us is beyond handy. we will definitely be reordering for years to come. highly recommend!
