Always such a wonderful experience going to the Kemptville Animal Hospital. Going in with an anxious pup they always know how to manage him. He walked in nervous and left as a confident dog. Just incredible staff. Thank you guys and Thor want to say merry Christmas to his fav Brittany!
I really did enjoy my time with this clinic. Big thank you to everyone who helped my dear Rhubarb. Staff was very compassionate, and they all seemed very excited by their furry clients. Which definitely made me relieved to know she would be getting loving care while here. Prices were fair. Even for long term illnesses The Veterinarians here seem to be genuinely looking out for your pets best interest, but also are looking at what is realistic for your situation. Veterinarians here are patient and understand that some people need to ask 100000 questions. They will give you all the information you need to fully understand what your pet is going through, and how you can help. I never felt like I was asking too dumb a question, even when it was most certainly a very obvious answer. I know Rhubarb never felt stressed coming through the doors here and was always happy to see all the staff here. It was a great relief for us both that we had the opportunity to be patients at your clinic. Take care.
Absolutely love them. They take care of my kitten Diva amazingly. She just had her spay and she’s recovering really well. This is the first clinic I’ve been to that offered a laser treatment of the area after surgery to help with healing. It’s free so defined take advantage of it. The Dr is also really kind and helped me figure out a new diet for both my cats. Staff is friendly and will call to check up on your cat after surgery. They go through instructions and make sure it’s as clear as possible before you leave. Honestly amazing team
i absolutely love this place. i struggled to find a vet that would take my rats, but here they have amazing staff who took great care of my boys.They really care about your pets. i would recommend to anyone, especially people with smaller pets.
The staff are friendly, prices are reasonable and they never try to sell us unnecessary procedures. They also always treat our dogs and cats extremely well.
What a fantastic veterinary office! They neutered our bunny the other day on recommendation from some other bun parents. He’s doing amazing and they took such good care of him. Excellent instructions for me to take home, a demonstration of how to administer meds and critical care if needed, even a phot certificate of his “surgery day”! Staff are all helpful and we even had a follow up call the day after surgery. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy Charlie!
This place really cares about your pets. Very good customer service…Had my dog neutered here and they are the best, the vets are very friendly …they even called me to check up on my dog, my own doctor doesn’t even call me! haha… thank you Kemptville AH, we will definitely be coming back here for anything pet related.
Bring both my dogs there, and the staff is amazing. the prices are also reasonable.
This was the only vet that had time to see my dog in an emergency they have fantastic staff so i moved my 3 dogs files over to them highly recommended!
