My mother and my girlfriend and I went to Kelsey's after we went to the movies. We didn't order any drinks just water. We had chicken tenders, a steak and cheese quesadilla and a Nashville chicken sandwich. We had no complaints on our fries or on the steak and cheese. The only complaint we had on the tenders is that they come in a basket with paper and we are kind of tired of getting food like this. However, they brought us a plate and that was the end of that. On the topic of the Nashville sandwich: The sandwich is true to the dish with ingredients you come to expect. I thought the coleslaw was good. I thought the dust on the chicken was good. What I didn't like about the sandwich is that it comes with two pieces of chicken on it, which I'm sure looks impressive being the towering sandwich that it is. However, I found it incredibly impractical to eat. I don't like messy food if I bite into a sandwich and it's all over the table, I see that as a failure in composition. I think that chicken sandwich would be better with just one slightly larger piece of chicken as opposed to two smaller fried chicken cutlets. The atmosphere is modern, It's clean, It's a great place for the younger drinking crowd. I thought everything was a little pricey but I just chalk that up as a sign of the times, menu prices are going up everywhere. I shall return.
Probably the worst steak I ever had in Windsor, ON. Only the chicken tenders were ok, but way overpriced & everything was extra charged. I ordered a soup too, as a side, got a whole price, and that ridiculously horrible experience cost $8.99. The whole bill was just under $100, and it was my very first time that I couldn't eat more than 2 bites of a steak. The only thing I finished was overcooked broccoli. Go at your own risk. I'm from the US and traveling for work. Yesterday, myself and several coworkers stopped in to eat lunch and Jennifer was our server. She was amazing and provided excellent service. Highly recommend asking for her to be your server. You won't regret it! Also, make sure to try the Apple Butter BBQ sauce
We always have Daniella as our server when we go to eat and her service is fantastic! Super friendly and always checks-in on us. Food and atmosphere are also amazing and great value! 10/10 recommend for a nice date night or family meal out!
All-around great staff. Never have an issue with ordering or with our meals. Their new cocktail lineup is sublime and reasonably priced. I imagine we'll be spending a few summer nights on the patio Food: 5/5

The wife and I ordered the four cheese spinach dip and it was so over cooked it was dry around the sides and the bread was deep fried and was barely cooked. Then we both ordered fish dinners with fries. The fish was dry and the fries were like wet noodles. The manager was going to give us a free four cheese spinach dip voucher but thankfully she took 50% off or dinner instead so we don't have to go back there!!!
Absolutely horrible, food was cold, burgers were obviously pre- made cold and hard. The cheese wasn't even a bit melted. Server was non existent. Took our order, and then gave us the bill. Our drinks were empty. And it wasn't even busy. Save yourself $70 + and go somewhere else.Food: 1/5
Favourite place to go out on the town! had really friendly service from the brunette bartender. Laid back atmosphere, tasty food….and always good conversation.
