I came in this past Tuesday during lunch and my waitress was so sweet and always checking on me. I wish I came here sooner to eat. I ordered the fried shrimp appetizer and ¹/2 a sandwich with soup and fries. Everything was delicious! Thanks so much for a great time. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly

One of my favourite pub foods in the GTA. I was upset when its Etobicoke location closed and so glad I found this location so close by. The drinks were fantastic. For anyone looking for a non-alcoholic option, I suggest the Strawberry Rhubarb lemonade. It had the perfect mix of sweet and sour. In terms of the food, all was great but the best is the Chicken Fajitas. I will always order this in the future. See you soon Kelsey’s.

I got the non-breaded wings and they were over cooked, with very little meat on them. $30 for what you see in the picture - not very good value. Taste 2/5. Quality 1/5. Value 1/5. The location we went to is always a bit slower my thinking is it would be so mich faster! Right? So when you walk in there is a giant logo wall, which is great and looks beautiful. However unless you have an actual hostess or employee at the door greeting people. This actually prevents them from seeing customers who come in. I typically always order the same items, either chicken fried chicken or fajitas. This time i thought lets try something different...i wont do that again . I had the steak and cheese stack, based on its description and photo it looked like philly cheese style quesadilla wrap thing. It was ok flavor wise. I would unlikely give it a tey again would never get it again though. I think there was 1 mushroom and like 3 red peppers mostly sauce and an insane amount of onions. which made it very soggy to eat. I paired it with crazy fries which i also would not get again i regret not getting the ceaser salad. I ordered a spicy ceaser and it was on point, it was delicious. Best part was, it was actually spicy. I would still go back cause the items i mentioned like fajitas and chicken fried chicken are always great.

Ordered online and went to pick up 40 minutes later. Got in and waited for five minutes before being greeted. Said I had an online order and they took my name to go check. She disappears into the back not to be seen again. Another person walks by another 5-10 minutes later and takes my name. She disappears into the back. Thankfully a few minutes later she cames out with my order. Get it home and noticed the $8 ceaser salad we ordered came with no dressing. Also, a very small portion for an $8 salad. We called to have the salad credited but was told that the person on the phone was a Manager in training and didn’t know what to do. We were told to leave our number and we’d get called back…Note: We did not get called back. We are very disappointed and wanted to share this experience. Lack of value and poor service! Take a look at this sorry excuse for a salad!

Kelswys was okay. It too awhile to get service, however the waitress did apologize for the wait. The food was okay. I usually love the spinach dip but didn't enjoy this one. Took my kids to dinner. We usually do Montanas, but decided.on Kelseys. The service was okay, could have been better but it wasn't terribly.Food: 3/5

Excellent customer service. The patio seating was awesome. The staff took all the safety measures and made sure we were comfortable. The food was served on time. Would definitely revisit more and more. We went for an office get together first time after the lockdown eased and it was an amazing experience.

Ive been to Kelsey’s twice with my husband for a dinner date, and those two times, our food was good, but I felt as if the nachos were always lacking something they don’t have much topping or as much cheese. On my third visit, we had our waitress, Jessica who assisted us ensured we enjoyed our meal with full satisfaction as well as gave us new menu items to try. We tried the wings which were half price today this time and it was an absolute 10/10, my husband loved every bite. The service and welcome we got this day elevated our experience and we had a great time.
