We ordered the half price wings on Thursday. The wings were so dry and very spicy for a mild sauce. The service was so slow and the place was not busy. My Caesar salad was dry as not enough dressing on it. I’m not sure if I’ll go back again. I hardly ever go out as I have Cancer. This was supposed to be a treat for me. Very disappointed and not sure if anyone cares about doing their job properly anymore.
The food here was great, and the staff was very accommodating for our large group of 12. They took our order quickly and had drinks at the table in no time at all. We ordered some starters and they were also quick to arrive, and hot when they did. We were very pleased with our waiter as he was polite and very informative when asked about menu items. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will return on a regular basis. Vegetarian options: My cousin is vegan and he was very pleased with his dinner. Kid-friendliness: My daughter had a great time and I believe there were more than enough kids choices on the menu. Parking: Lots of room when we arrived Wheelchair accessibility: I don't believe there would be any issues with wheel chair accessibility.

I was incredibly happy with our service on February 17th, we had the most wonderful server named Cheyenne. She handled a table of 5 adults and 9 kids with so much patience and kindness. We were so lucky to have her as we know that serving a table of kids can be tough! The food was great too! Thank you, we will be back for sure. Kid-friendliness: Wonderful service for our kids! But the server definitely made it better.
Typical chain restaurant food quality. Tasted good, price was ok. Especially with CAA discount. Our server Lindsay was amazing. Friendly, charming, and super hospitable. What a gem.
We very much enjoyed our food. The decor was very nicely done and our two different servers shift change were great.Food: 5/5
Never again. Went to washroom when we first arrived for our 6pm reservation. The smell of old urine was disgusting. Worse..while sitting at our table. I had to interrupt our company and explain if they smell urine. It's probably on my boots as I was still getting a smell from under the table. Waitress arrives and asks about apps. My wife asked to have kids meals maybe out before. She totally walks over to the other end of the table and totally ignores whether I wanted an app or not...which I did. When she came back to take our main order I added my app and just said you can bring with my meal. Ordered the ribs and wing combo. It was more like dried pork jerky on a bone and 8 pigeon wings. So glad I had three double drinks. Best part of the evening besides the company. Clean your bathrooms. It's 10 mins and sets a good or not so good impression. Nobody wants to smell last weeks urine and feel dirty going back to a table to eat.
My husband and I visited Kelseys on family day and we were served by Cheyenne who was wonderful and her hospitality services were great and we were served with hot and fresh food.. really loved the food
Hostess needs to learn how to do her job, being rude isn’t part of it. Sorry you had to clean a table because we wanted a booth. Anyways we walked out, shoeless joes is 2 mins down the road and never disappoints.
