Kelseys Original Roadhouse

We love the chicken fingers tossed in medium sauce. It’s honestly the best!! We also got the boneless chicken thighs with medium sauce. Tender and nice. Have been to the restaurant once to pick up and we got drinks in the meanwhile. It was good overall.

It was great to see that Kelsey's has returned to it's roadhouse traditions in the kitchen with their pub grub food, they had gone through a modernization change some years ago that seen the preparation for their wings change to a really garbage item, and I had not perused their establishments for probably a decade until this month. Their spinach dip is on point and the return to their roots with not only their breaded chicken wing preparation, but their classic sauce choices was a thing I've greatly missed and have enjoyed thoroughly this month. Waitress didn't bring out the Spaghetti with tomato sauce that my neice ordered, she instead received fettuccine alfredo for some reason, the rest of the meal was as expected, but we weren't asked about our Scene card when checking out, and as such missed out on those points.

So I found some gift cards in my purse so we decided to go to Kelseys Roadhouse to give them a try. We ordered Muskoka Brewing Pineapple Ninja wheat ale and it was so good I was glad I ordered the large size. I ordered the Steak stack which is a steak quesadilla with cheese, peppers, sauteed onions and steak with a delicious sauce on it with a poutine for my side which came with real cheese curds. It was soooo satisfying and delicious. The boy got a buffalo chicken wrap. He said it was like a combination of a buffalo chicken and a chicken ceasar wrap. He said it was good. For dessert I got the messy chocolate chip cookie and the boy got a white chocolate cheesecake. Both items were really good. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice with its industrial decor, good music and a plethora of sports to watch. The service was awesome. Our waitress was friendly and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoy dinner out this evening for date night.

Food was delicious. Very well done, complements to the chefs. Service was subpar. Got our food and never saw the waitress again, drinks weren't refilled. No service until the bill was presented after waiting around 20 min once we were finished eating. Shrinkflation is noticeable. Smaller potions, higher cost. For instance the chicken strip are roughly half the size they were a year ago. Quality and tast is still great. For my family of 5 it is a comparable price to other sit down resteraunts, however I feel the value is not quite on par. For that reason this resteraunt franchise is recommended for very rare occasions.

I don't often write reviews, actually I think this is my first but my husband and I had a really great dinner experience here. Although it was a bit busy when we came in, we had no issues getting a table and being seated right away. We've come to this Kelsey's a few times and have never had a bad experience yet - rare thing to be able to say. Our waitress was fantastic! She was kind, very attentive and helpful I was stuck between a few menu items and she gave me her opinions on the dishes We had the spinach dip for an appetizer I highly recommend trying it For our main meal my husband had wings and fries and I had a burger and fries. Fries were good and I loved the burger! Simple but wonderful food here. My husband had nothing but good things to say about his dinner and the service we received here. I'd like to mention again how awesome our waitress was and I appreciate how hard everyone works here to make it a good dining experience. I wanted to thank Jordan as well, she came and introduced herself and checked to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Food was really good, service a little slow considering the number of employees. Was really busy when we arrived but we were almost the only ones left..keep in mind we had 2 children who were slow eaters.

Service was good from Valerie very prompt however my chili was cold had to be sent back and then I chewed down on 3 pieces of bone in it...not fun, and the fries that the others had were tiny little pieces of fries..Valerie got us some new fries...and the kids meals chicken fingers were burnt bitter tasting they wouldn't eat them.. Chicken Cesar wrap was legit. Great food and nice atmosphere. Aggie was our server and she was great!

Went with a group of around 10 this afternoon for a birthday get together. Received amazing service from the waitress we had. She was courteous, kind and made our evening out pleasant. The food arrived hot and fresh. Definitely had the best dine in experience in a long time especially with a group. Kid-friendliness: High chair was used and kids menus was brought out as well as crayons

I had dinner there tonight. Had a hankering for some wings. They were amazing. I’ve been burping a lot and they taste just as good coming up as they did going down. My server Megan was so kind and friendly. She made sure I always had enough liquids and napkins. If Megan is your server, give her a good tip. She deserves it.
