Sat in at a booth. The waitress was friendly and efficient and brought us waters immediately. The food was hot and fresh, well made. We were surprised at the quality. The tenders and Fish Sandwich were both great. Excellent onion rings. We will definitely be back.
Not a great experience. We haven't been to Kelseys for at least 10 years. The last time we we're here we had steak, this evening we had steak and it was of the same caliber as 10 years ago. We ordered medium rare steak, they were cooked improperly. The steak came with a side of granulated mashed potatoes, extremely soft carrots and broccoli. The service was great but aside from that, no thanks. We thought with the new look maybe it would be a different experience, we were wrong, Some things never change. Sorry but we are done with Kelseys for good this time.
Average experience, nothing fantastic but not awful either. We were seated with everyone else in the bar area for dinner, I understand it is easier for the waitresses to have everyone grouped but it would have been nice to be a little more spaced apart from the bar when trying to enjoy dinner. Service was very impersonal. The waitress never introduced herself and to check in on us she just looked at us from across the bar and gave us a thumbs up instead of asking if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Drinks were good. The quality of the steak seemed very subpar. It was cooked good but it had absolutely no flavour and looked old when it was cut. I had to put a lot of salt on it to taste anything and even then it was lacking. The honey buns appetizer was undercooked and the cheese inside was still cold. The fries had obviously been under a heat lamp for quite some time. It was okay but for $100 for two I'm not so sure the service or quality was there.
Great experience, the food was good and the service was excellent. I had an issue with my food James made sure it was corrected and he handled the situation so professional that I decided to give 5 stars because of him . The price was good . I would go back for sure
Best comfort food in town! Love the chicken fried chicken! Great place to bring your family & friends. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.
We walked in around 4pmish, it wasn’t busy. I asked for a booth and it took awhile for us to order. We got a quesadilla for a starter. I got the BBQ Chicken club with Sweet Potato fries. It was delicious. The service was excellent! Our server was super friendly!
eat in is pretty standard for any of these chain locations. But it is certainly buyer beware for take out. Asked for utensils, was assured they were in the bag. Checked once in my car, no utensils. Go back ask for 3 sets.... get 2. At this point I gave up on utensils and decided to sort myself out. Get back to my hotel. Chicken ceasar salad has no dressing, lettuce leaves are wilty and discolored, The chicken and bacon at least were cooked properly. The rest of the salad was inedible.
2 steak dinners, one rib dinner. Steaks were way over cooked. Ribs were so dry and old I couldn't even swallow them. Got to give it to my dogs. Even the baked potatoe had no flavour and was horribly cooked. How can that be messed up? Waste of money.
Took the family out on wing night, we were given the smallest table possible for four square table. It was busy, but the option to wait for a larger table or booth would have been nice. Not a huge deal. Service was slow, as I mentioned it was busy though. The food came before the cutlery, we had to wait a few minutes before the cutlery came, it was weird. We didn't get napkins with the food, so no napkins with the 2 wings orders. Asked for napkins and received beverage napkins, the kind you put your drinks on. Wings come breaded by default but you can order plain, I forgot and so didn't get the wings I wanted. The server usually asks, tonight they didn't. The food was good but the experience overall wasn't. We'll try again another night when hopefully it's not so busy. I personally found it crowded and loud, not bad if you're having wings with some buddies but not so great if you want to take the family out.
Fun restaurant with good food. The servers there are incredibly nice and helpful. The urinals are real cool… old beer kegs, repurposed!
