First Off! We arrive and are taken to a table and the waitress runs off to get menus but never comes back. Then another waitress comes over and asks if we have ordered yet and clearly we haven't because we haven't seen a menu yet. Finally we get the menu and then wait 20 minutes for our drinks to show up. There were 4 waitresses on our table an none had a clue what they were doing.  The place wasn't busy at all. We get the food and the steak was barely edible and neither the burger or steak had seasoning. I was running to the bathroom as soon as I got home. These waitresses had zero training, zero respect, zero attention to detail. The management should be fired. The cooks should be sacked. And we should get a refund. Absolutely terrible food. Roasted mushrooms came from a can, mas potato and vegetable weren't even hot enough to melt the butter. The french fries were dry. The drinks were terrible with water that was also terrible.

People who works there are nice but food quality is zero. I paid $90 for the worst food. The food is very dry and not eatable. They need to do serious upgrades. Fries is horrible and tenders are black. Old oil. The nachos have little bit of vegi and no cheese.

An excellent meal. Great experience long overdue. Customer Service was good. Very polite..a little loud but very polite. Super clean and welcoming Food was the best!

Going to start by saying I’m a kelsey’s fan so the fact that I’m writing such a negative review is sad.  I went to Kelsey’s Ajax two weeks in a row and both times it was not busy, no wait time or anything like that, just regular restaurant flow. First time I went we waited a while to be greeted by our server then another 15 minutes for our drinks where we then ordered our appetizer and main meal at the same time which took about an hour & a half total…. just for the meal to come out in correct. It gets worse tho!  Second time I go, the following week. Again, not busy restaurant flow… we get seated and it takes 35 minutes to receive a chocolate milk and strawberry ruhbarb lemonade which looked like sewer water they didn’t bring my other friends water though still not sure why ‍ just to see LIPSTICK on the glass!!!!!!  Dis.gus.ting.  The server apologized after her not coming back for 15 mins after dropping the drinks off to say it’ll be waived off the bill, at that point we didn’t even feel comfortable eating there anymore and we left to go to buffalo wild wings.  One time is one thing, but two weeks in a row is something else, which is clearly their usually standards. Not even trying to bash them or anything, Im just being honest on the service which I was shown.

The manager Lorenzo at Ajax location is really nice ! We had some issues with our order and he stopped by and sat down with us to resolve stuff and made sure we have a good time . A place that cares for its customers is always my go to . Love kelseys ! Great job guys .

We went to Kelseys to celebrate my daughter's birthday and TJ was amazing. She served us and she was so patient and pleasant. She made great recommendations when we were ordering. Thank so much!

Kelsey’s in Ajax has been a “go-to” location for an evening out for my family for a decade… probably, realistically, about 150 visits!!!  My son, husband and I have eaten there at least  once or twice a month for years - and I’ve gone there to entertain extended family and work friends as occasions arise.  The quality of food is consistently excellent salmon is my husband’s favourite… I love the chicken, beet and goat cheese salad, and my son’s “go-to” is chicken fingers and fries!. But what makes this our “every time go-to” is the service!!!  I have visited this location so many times and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a consistent, reliable evening out with great quality food, reasonably priced, and excellent service!  I feel like they really care about our experience of an evening out… We will be “regulars” for years to come!!  Kid-friendliness: I started going to this kelseys just about every Friday since he was 3 years old.  He’s now 15. They have been exceptional with him at every age and stage!  Parking: Never had an issue with parking

We went in for a quick lunch. Sat in the bar area which was lovely and quiet. Our server Josh was very attentive and extremely personable. We ordered our lunch and when we received it, it was not hot. We did not complain about it but when Josh came to check on us, we told him that the food was not hot. He offered to give us a new serving of fries but we declined as we just wanted to let him know that the food was cold. When he brought us the bill, he told us that he took the food off the bill, which we did not expect! Kudos to Josh for making the experience so much better!!!!

I would definitely recommend going here for your birthday, the free dessert was full sized and I was actually able to share it . Clemy was a fantastic and attentive server. On top of that the playlist was fire! Definitely recommend this location, the food is always great!

Had a great time here on Sunday! The food was good, and the gluten free options were nice to see. I was especially impressed that our server made special note of the gluten free bun when bringing us our food so we knew it was safe to eat. Shannan was absolutely excellent and made our night! We'll definitely be back again soon. Wish they had cut fruit at the bar though, especially oranges  Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns were available, and the staff were open and willing to accommodate any substitutions to stay within dietary restrictions
