Have so far had a brilliant experience with Kellys! Chris who handles our account is always very responsive on emails and phone throughout the process and Dan and Callum who delivered our unit were really kind and helpful in guiding us through the game of packing tetris when filling it up! We were able to fit all our furniture into 1 unit including 7 large pieces and then many many boxes! Kelly's is also very affordable for long term storage - I’ve recommend to all my friends :

On the day of moving Barry, Louie and Josh were very polite, courteous and efficient with the move. They took great care in moving everything! Credit to Kelly’s! Superb Lads! Kelly's very kindly supported the Royal Surrey Charity's Pledge a Present Appeal last year by providing storage containers, space and volunteers to pack the patient presents and donating cardboard boxes to pack the gifts in. Alison from Kelly's fundraising was fabulous from start to finish in helping set this up. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful and a joy to work with bringing with them lots of smiles and the Christmas spirit! Kelly's have a fantastic charitable community spirit, thank you all so much again for your fabulous support.
Fantastic service from start to finish! We contacted Kelly's Storage and spoke to Oliver Cose. Oliver looked after our needs and was extremely helpful and informative. We were going through a major move and needed to store our possessions for a number of months whilst awaiting the completion of our new home. We were given a very satisfactory quote and we decided to go ahead as our items were to be stored in 3 units which were to be filled and sealed outside our house and redelivered to our new home in the same sealed units. This allowed us to be confident that our goods were going to be safe. Everyone was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. This potentially stressful situation ran like clockwork and we cannot thank Kelly's, and especially Oliver, enough. We would definitely recommend Kelly's.
Barry & Scott were excellent. Super friendly and helpful. No task was too big and they were happy to go the extra mile. We will definitely work with them again. 5* all round
Kelly's Storage provides top-notch service and has a strong commitment to charity events. I would give special thanks to Alison for kindly delivering my raffle prize free of charge, which was a thoughtful gesture. Their dedication to giving back to the community is inspiring. Have been visiting Kelly's for over a year now, through business. The staff are second to none, always extremely friendly and happy to help. I would like to say a special thanks to Gill in the warehouse, time and time again he's gone above and beyond, moving pods, and even helping carrying bits from one pod to another. Cheers to all the team at Kelly's!
Great organisation, very professional and very helpful. We had Barry and Brent arrive to collect our boxes, they were on time and even helped us re-box to ensure the boxes stayed strong in storage. Great team!!
