We always have a fantastic meal at Kelly's. Tonight's meal was Amazing!! My maple pecan crusted salmon was cooked to perfection!! Kudos to the Kitchen Staff tonight. The waitress was wonderful and very attentive. Tonight was a 12 out of 10 star experience.
Nice patio for summer hangouts. You need to reserve a table if you need one at the edge by the water. Big portions for the meals. I found the food to be a little salty. The service is fine
Amazing location by the water, great fresh fish , fish and chips was unreal with tartar sauce to die for. Affordable and friendly professional wait staff. Go early as there is always a line up to get in and get a table highly recommend this restaurant to anyone In the area. Hope you enjoy as much as I did.
Location location location...with great food and excellent service! Emma was an awesome waitress. Very attentive, professional, and will do whatever it takes to make sure your visit is enjoyable. The calamari was a good portion, not chewy, and the batter was light and tasty. The burger was very tasty, the fish n chips was generous, and the chicken wrap was packed. It's a great place to enjoy a meal while being next to the water. The convenient store has some great selection of ice cream at a decent price $3/generous scoop.
Word! The view is exceptional. The music - fantastic! The food was sooooo luxurious. We ordered the seafood Alfredo and the seafood boxty and both were delicious. We would come back in a heartbeat. Such a gorgeous place to eat and such good food!
Absolutely delicious Seafood Boxty. Visited with an out of town friend and wanted a patio that didn’t have cars driving constantly by and Kelly’s was perfect. We were there on a warm late Saturday afternoon, waited 40 minutes but so worth the wait. My friend loved the Mediterranean Chicken. Seafood Boxty: perfectly cooked seafood—shrimp, scallops, salmon wrapped in a potato crepe with a perfect cream sauce.
I had the blackened tuna, and it was amazing. Caesar was strong and delicious. Neat spot with a great view, and they have ice cream in the shop!
A must when you are coming to The Manotick Area - food is delicious, cold drinks, fast and friendly service and sitting by the Ottawa River and watching boats go by is so cool
Exceptional location, food, and service. We arrived and were warned of a 45 minute wait or less. After an about 20 minute wait by the river watching boats we were informed that our table was ready. Service of drinks sangria and beer was prompt and appreciated on a warm afternoon. We ordered calamari to start. This turned out to be perfectly portioned, beautifully crisp, and tender. Shortly after we received a steak sandwich tender grilled striploin medium rare with fries, an order of blackened chicken tacos 2 per order with fries, and an order of fish tacos 2 with fries. The fries were crisp, home cut and not greasy. Everything was cooked to perfection with an attention to detail. I have wanted to come here for years and was delighted it didn't disappoint. As it is also reasonably priced, I will be back. Thanks again Emma for such wonderful service.
Visiting from the U.S., stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant, hidden behind a gas station / convenience store. Lovely setting, with a deck overlooking the river. Since there was a bit of a Fall chill, they had heaters set up so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful view. The food was absolutely delicious, from the seafood chowder a must!! to the smoked meat sandwich and salad to the decadent turtle flan. Warm, friendly service too! Highly recommend Kelly's for an all-around wonderful dining experience :
