Agree 100% Mike & Laura. They were fantastic before the sale but once you close the service was non-existent. Not impressed!

Great service before the sale, but after poor service. It was hard to get them back to get something fix. When we had them come back for the 1 year fix the whole and cracks we took a week off to make sure they would have lots of time to get everything done and they missed a lot of spots when I called them about it they said they wouldn't be able to come back until another week. I took a whole week off, planned 1 month in advance to have this all done and did not succeed. After this I said don't bother coming back as it is too much of pain to deal with and never heard back from them since. One more story about them is I had 2 spindles that where not screwed in the owner of the company came down to look at it and said "you couldn't put a screw in it to fix it?" I gave them a lot of money for the house not happy about the service at all.
