From the amazing selection of bedding plants, the veggies, the decor items to the super friendly helpful staff they have it all!! What a fantastic local well stocked garden shop, where we received friendly good service, and advice. Our garden club found lots of reduced priced perennials so we were able to fill our community shared patio garden beautifully.nThank you Lisa for all your great help.
This is my second summer here in Lake Country. Kel Lake Garden Center is my go to place for nice healthy looking plants. The staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Pricing is good as well. Don’t waste your time driving into Kelowna for your gardening needs. Shop local. You won’t be disappointed.
Very disappointed with customer service at Kel Lake Garden centernI have been going for years but sadly this will be the last because of the poor customer service from ladies at the tills.nI bought a Lrg sunflower on sale and a week later it start to die so I took it back and lady at cash said they didn't have any more of the same so there's was nothing she could do??nTook my senior neighbor to purchase a rose bush which she had phoned ahead to reserve, as a memorial for her late husband. When she went to the till the cashier said oh ya this was on sale yesterday but not todayplant had a red sold sign on it saving for my neighbor too and when my neighbor said oh please can I have it for the sale price because $53.00 is a little high for me. Cashier said I don't have the authority to do that???nVery poor customer service and both my neighbor and I will NOT BE BACK
