Horrible. Had a really bad guy handling things impossible to talk to and he lost paper work I sent to him.
My I issues were never resolved I ended up taking my file back. They were nice enough to keep the deposit.

I am pleased to give my highest recommendation to KD. I use them for my business and my personal taxes and they are incredibly service oriented, knowledgeable, trustworthy and great to work with. And as crazy as it sounds, they actually make accounting fun!

We have been getting our taxes (both corporate and personal) with Kustom Design since 2007.  Highly recommend their services as they get back to you within 24 hours. Easy to make appointments and they have a payment plan so you don't have to pay all at once at the end of the year. We deal with Kevin and he is easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. KD has your best interest at heart!
