PLEASE, do not waste your time and money during this pandemic. You WILL NOT get what you ordered. There was no cheese or sour cream in my Ketchum burrito today 5/2/2020. Just don't.
Stopped in here while in town. I had the shrimp tacos. You could hardly call it shrimp. It was obviously frozen shrimp and it was so over cooked it tasted like rubber. The chips are from a bag and the only good thing was the margarita in a can. Worst stop while in Idaho.

Rarely get what I order and parts of the food are often cold. The food tastes great when served correctly, and I highly recommend kb’s Hailey for all around better service and food
The Jordan burrito is my fave. And their gluten free tortillas are the best!
The burritos are great and they have tons of vegan/vegetarian options. I love the hot sauces they offer
We love Ketchum Burrito. They have very yummy food.
I had the best wet Chile Verde burrito.
