Kavan Sushi

We came here again based on Google review but one thing that is inaccurate is that the place doesn't offer dine-in option. It's just takeout. And those who made the food would really tell the customers to be quiet. While we understand, especially since we have 5 kids with us, still I felt a bit not too welcoming. We came here expecting to eat at the place not out of the place. That's why I took off two stars. I tried to edit that "dine-in" option on Google but can't. So if you expect to eat inside the store, don't, go somewhere else.

We ordered 113 pieces of the chef choice. The fish was fresh, alot more rolls than sushi pieces. Some of the rolls ressembled each other. We were very full for 10 people.

I just discovered this place and the sushi is great and decently priced. Owner is super nice, I would definitely recommend this place, only thing is they are a take out only restaurant.

This is an amazing little place on Cartier. I don't have much hope for quality food near my place, so when Kavan opened up I didn't know what to expect. I am very glad that I took the time to order from here, as I am now ordering from them fairly regularly. This place has great quality fish at a reasonable price. I always recommend their poke bowl but anything in their menu is worth getting. They also have great service and are always kind and polite to me when I come in. Highly recommend you get sushi here. I have been wanting to try Kavan Sushi for almost a year. Finally stopped in. I ordered 18 pieces. I told the lady at the counter I live close by and that I've been wanting to try their sushi for some time. When I got home, I was surprised to see so many extra pieces. The sushi was amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Grabbed a couple of poke bowls here, food was fresh each time. Quantity was a little small but at the same time the price was low. I recommend adding extra fish to the bowl if you are hungry.

We have been waiting for a while to try a good sushi shop nearby us and I must say it doesn't disappoint at all. For starters the portions are excellent, followed by a really calm natured inside. The cashier was a very nice guy and the sushi was delicious. If I could rate 10 stars out of 5 I would. I come here often if I don't know what to eat and I would later be very satisfied with my choice. I recommend guys.
