I let Katrina Morin and Associates do my income tax in or around 2010, and I paid a premium for her to do it. Her company made a mistake on my return that Revenue Canada found many months later, which cost me around $25 in interest that I would not have had to pay had she done my income tax correctly. I was advised that an entry was entered twice when it was supposed to be entered only once. When I brought this to Katrina's attention, she made it clear that she would not reimburse me for this money, even though I had paid her many times that amount for her to do my taxes. Instead of fighting her for the money, I think this one star review to share my terrible experience with her is a better use of my time.

Katrina Morin and Assoc has done my personal and business taxes for several years now, I feel I have always got a great return and help when needed.
