Amazing range of Lady's handbags. Each bag is in a class by itself. Kate Spade is one of the best handbag brands offering products that include state-of-the-art technology, creativity, and enduring sophistication. My Daughter bought the bag in the picture. This particular outlet needs a couple of committed personnel on the floor to guide the Customer in making a selection. No one came to greet us and enquire what we wanted. Since we were interested in the brand we bought the bag online. My Daughter is however, delighted with her purchase.
I love Kate Spade handbags and small cardholders. The Square One store is not an Outlet and the choices were limited. I had to return an item I got for Christmas. It was the Knott Pebbled Leather Crossbody bag. I have a flip phone, so this wasn't the ideal bag for this type of phone.
When I walked into the store, a staff greeted me. Other than that, I was free to look around the store. I cannot say it was amazing service but the greeting was there.
Amazing service. My girlfriend goes here to shop window shop all the time. The staff always remembers her and makes excellent recommendations. We wait for the sales which are very reasonable, and we are always happy with the purchases. We've been to Kate Spade in London UK and the stock and designs are the same, but much cheaper here in Canada. Would definitely recommend.
I was extremely disappointed and astonished with the experience and costumer service. As an associate who worked in higher end retail this was not expectable at all. First of all, there was no greeting. It was shocking to me because I was the only costumer inside the store at this point. It did not feel welcomed inside the store. Second of all, I felt like I was working at the store. None of the associates even brother to ask if they needed their assistance. When I asked for aid and price check the presence felt as if they belittle me. One of the associates in particular told me the price in a rude tone. Third of all, when they should have been helping the costumer all three associates were talking to each other. This is not acceptable what so ever! I felt very discriminated! The icing on the cake was while the associates where talking to each other I was waiting at the cash register. I was waiting to see if they would pay attention and see if everything was okay but they were too busy chatting. If I was a secret shopper or from Head office this would not be acceptable at all!! It was disappointing because their store wasn't busy and they didn't have the audacity to help their customer out! This is not how Kate spade associates should treat their cliental. Maybe if I was white the experience would have been different !
Absolutely terrible customer service. Just because I'm a teenager who doesn't over dress, the sales associate was being terribly rude and speaking in a very disrespectful tone, completely opposite of how they were treating the older, wealthier looking women right next to me at cash. I still bought a handbag, as she cashes me out, I request it be put in a gift box, she quickly grabs one that barely fit my bag making the box much more puffier and out of shape instead of getting another one that actually fit, she jams harder on the box, denting it. I'm not sure if everyone gets their receipt in a small envelope or some tip of small book/packaging but my sister has at least 20 Kate Spade bags and all her receipts were nicely packaged in an envelope at the very least. The cashier just threw the receipt in my bag without asking if I even wanted it in the bag which every low grade store does and doesn't even attempt to give me a warm goodbye.
I came about a month ago and realized i purchased a bag that had the wrong price tag. The staff associate then told me she would honor the price that was displayed and returned the extra money i had paid. I would have walked right out not knowing i had paid an extra $35 . I highly appreciate the honesty the staff showed in addition to their friendliness and help.
If i could give this Kate spade a zero I would . The "manager" Victoria is prejudice, I walked in to the store to look at the new smart watch that I was waiting for in the mail and she stood right beside me never said hi, can I help , let me tell you about our new watch. Just treated me like I was not even their . When I confronted her about her horrible customer service she said she was helping another customer no one else was in the store she was standing doing nothing this store clearly dose not value customers unless you look wealthy to the workers standards , I will never shop at this store, and will be making complaints until something is done !
Every time I have wanted to shop, I am reminded of the subsequent poor customer service. On the occasions I have decided to go, I am left disappointed and overall astonished. I have wanted to purchase items twice on different occasions and both times I sought out the sales representative rather than the other way around and when I finally made it to cash, I felt like I the customer was disturbing the brand representatives.
I went in today but was soooo disappointed to find that they no longer carry any clothing in the store. It also seems like they don’t have any of the new holiday releases yet. I’m almost wondering if this particular store is getting ready to close as they just don’t have the type of items or the selection that they used to have here. :
