I hate to give 3 stars, but I booked online, and many slots were open. I selected my times, and paid for my services. Called the salon to confirm, and was told that there were no spots for that time available, and that they were booked up. Explained that I had booked online, and there were several spots available, and she told me, very nicely, that she could move clients around. I didn't want to inconvenience those getting ready for homecoming, so I kindly declined. I am glad I called, because otherwise, it would have been a waste if time. I suggest using a different booking app on your website to ensure time slots and booking. It's also inconvenient to have to pay prior to your appointment. I'd like to try this salon in the future, but am concerned about booking appointments. Will call the salon in the future. I will say that whoever I spoke to was kind, considerate, and prompt in refunding my money. Thank you.

Kat is kind, considerate, and talented! Both lash perm and lash extensions were expertly done, and at a very reasonable cost. I've payed more for poorer service in the past, so grateful I found kat!

Kat is sooooo amazing!! I drive all the way from Youngstown to Medina (about and hour-hour 1/2) once a month just to get my lashes done because she's the queen!!
