We‘ve been Kat Anderson’s clients for about 5 years, Kat always provides an excellent customer service. I have used Kat three times now when buying real estate, and my experiences have been nothing but amazing. She combines exceptional customer service with extensive industry knowledge and experience. My first purchase was directly from a builder, and Kat was there with me every step of the way. Knowing that it was my first experience with a home purchase, she has put 120% into guiding me through the process and ensuring that I understand all of the components. Thanks to her, the entire transaction went very smoothly, and the deal closed with no issues.  For the second purchase, I was out on the market looking for a downtown condo. Kat did a very extensive amount of research, helping me identify the best options for me. She was extremely patient and helpful throughout all of the viewings and there were many, and was always determined to find nothing but the best for me within the my price range. When it came to the purchase, Kat's experience proved crucial during the negotiation of an extremely complicated assignment deal we went through 15 sign-backs, as she was able to draft all necessary documentation to ensure that my interests were protected. Even though there were numerous issues and delays caused by the seller and his representatives the assignment process stretched on for over four months, Kat was there with me until the end. She was always available to provide advice and support, even after the assignment was closed.  The third purchase was for a house in the Toronto area  in an extremely difficult market February 2017. She worked very closely with us, and helped us to quickly zero in on the type of property we wanted and could afford. She kept on top of new listings, and brought us out to see houses as soon as they came up in order to improve our chances. We were able to find the house we wanted in less than a month. Kat guided us through a three-round bidding war, and we ended up getting the house in a perfect neighborhood for an excellent price.  Given my experiences, I would very much recommend Kat to anyone looking for an experienced, dedicated and reliable agent within the GTA market. She's one of the few real estate professionals out there who is truly committed to personal integrity and customer satisfaction.

Thanks to Kat's outstanding knowledge, patience, connections and negotiation skills, I recently purchased my dream condo in Downtown Toronto. It's a tough market but Kat made everything much easier. I highly recommend her — she's a great agent and a great person.
