My husband and I first discovered your pasta when we were visiting Kaslo and the waitress at the local hotel restaurant talked us into trying it, after we nearly opted out. My husband suffers from UC and often has gut issues that regular store-bought pastas aggravate, so we were going to go the safe route and steer clear of the pasta featured on the menu. She spoke highly of all the benefits of sourdough pasta and how it was made but a local company right there in town. We decided to take the a chance and we weren't disappointed!nnSince then, I order online regularly as we live in Cranbrook and have been ordering for about the last year now. We have always been very pleased with everything we've tried and are so grateful to have an option that is gut-friendly! The boxes always come with a nice recipe included and last time it was personalized with a hand written note thanking us for our business. What a lovely touch!nnOutstanding business, product and customer service! Thank so you SO much! A friend shared this pasta with me probably 10 summers ago, she had made a pasta salad with the radiatori pasta, sun-dried tomatoes and feta, and it was delicious. Since that day Kalso has been the only pasta I have bought since. It does not expand in your stomach after you eat it, I feel wonderful after eating this pasta. I highly recommend you try. xo
