The very least this place could of done is post the holiday hours for the lower level part of the hospital and the e.r. People drove in from argenta to find out that they were closed the day after boxing day. signs or placing it on the kaslo health care website. Nothing posted there either. Then the nurse tells me that there was at one point a sign detailing hours of service during holidays, which there was none. Just admit you messed up and don't insult my intelligence by telling me that there was a schedule for holiday hours posted. When in fact there never was anything stating the hours of holiday operations. Dishonesty is not a good policy in a small town. I left the e.r. messages for two days straight to which they didn't reply. Saying they were oh so busy that they couldn't answer the phone when I asked them about it. I have no car, how do I get to nelson and back? Super disrespectful. If you don't like being nice to people then you shouldn't work with the public then. Also, the blonde lady in the lab is just as nasty. I have a fear of needles, so naturally when she went to take the blood. I said "here comes the best part". She told me "that's what your necks for, look away then". I come to the hospital to be helped not to be disrespected. Make me feel welcome not like an outcast. Give your heads a shake. Do your job respectively and don't be so sour.
