I ordered flowers for a dear friend who had passed away at 1:30 pm  and needed them at the funeral home by 7pm. When we got there about 8pm for visitation the flowers were there and looked beautiful! The florist had even emailed me shortly after I ordered to tell me some of the flowers were out of season so they would be substituting other flowers. Very professional and prompt! Thank you  for making a difficult time easier.

Website was easy to navigate.  Flowers were delivered in a timely manner.  Arrangement was perfectly done, more beautiful than the photo online.  
This was my Mum's first birthday since I moved across the country, thank you Karen's for helping to make it special.

I don't believe I can possibly give Karen's flower shop any less then a full five star rating. I called around noon today to place an order for delivery, not only did they deliver the flowers much faster then I thought was possible , but i had a special request for specific colour of flowers and not once did I feel it was impossible.

Karen's flower shop is without a doubt my new "go to" flower shop.

Fantastic. Amazing customer service. The bouquet I ordered was not in season so I received a phone call offering a substitution which was even better than the original. They kept the colour scheme and produced fantastic results. Will definitely be a returning customer. 10/10
