Our shop has been family owned and operated for over 30 years. We have been an FTD member for over 25 years, and we are at Premier Florist level. Great service. I had a close friend of our family pass away. I called the shop same day of the funeral services n they where able to make me a stand up big arrangement, really beautiful. They even delivered n did everything within 3-4 hours.. When I got to the viewing the family thanked me and said what a beautiful arrangement. Thank you for your business n making everything so easy on such a short n unexpected event.

I give this company 2 stars only because they where on time and delivered to benton city other than that the floral arrangement i ordered for my aunts funeral was not the right colors and not as full as it was supposed to be also the flowers where wilted and the basket arrangement i ordered was not what i received. But still charged me full price  pics in order from 1 to 6. 1 and 2 what i ordered. 3 through 6 is what i received and as u can tell the flowers are not lavender and there wilting also the plants in the basket are not flowering plants and the basket is not the same style.  UPDATE: I ordered and paid online so i was not informed of any delivery fee or that because of the time frame from order to delivery that the flowers and colors where not  available to use and as for the phone call i received im pretty sure that was for the delivery address confirmation, and nothing to do with the flower color or style....

I've ordered from Karen's the last two years , for my Grandma's birthday on December 27th. I try to be sure we celebrate her birthday separately from christmas, which can be difficult...because nearly everything is christmas themed. Well, there were tons of arrangements to choose from here! & Last years flowers & her delivery today were absolutely beautiful! Thank you for making a sweet old lady's day a bit brighter! I needed flowers for my mother’s memorial service.  We’re from out of town so Karen’s was recommended by family.  I took a chance and ordered an arrangement.  The staff person who took the order was very kind and competent.  The price was astonishingly reasonable and the product delivered on time was beautiful just as described.  Thank you Karen’s!

Ordered flowers for my sisters graduation and your service did not disappoint. Flowers were delivered next day and the site was easy to navigate. I highly recommend Karen’s Floral and will be using their services again.

The owner is such a nice lady and they have beautiful arrangements! They have a good selection of balloons and other small gifts! Also they offer artificial arrangements
