Nice place. But nothing great. Songs were not upbeat. Drinks are fine.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and in a state of extreme disrepair. The style or decor is haphazard and disagreeable. The layout of the entire venue is not well thought out. There is not enough seating. The liquor pricing is absolutely ridiculous and the portions are minuscule. There is no stage which could be seen as a positive or a negative. The sound is absolutely trash as well. You hardly hear the singer's. Sound levels vary dramatically from song to song and there is no compensation: as a result one song can be loud and clear and the next song a whisper which can be drowned out by the socializing of the crowd. As another commenter mentioned, there should be better organization or control over who and how many songs a person can have.

Not a single person there both times we visited. Even so, the place was dirty and the floors sticky. If no one is there for extended periods of time it would be nice if some time was spent improving the space. We've booked private rooms a few times and had a great time, but the pricing was not reasonable.

I picked a song at the very beginning of the night and never got picked to sing. All of my friends who picked after me went up as well as the same people who sang 3 or 4 different times. Surprised any kind of inspector lets them get away with how gross the bathrooms are. Terrible layout of the venue with not nearly enough seating. Over-priced drinks with bad portions. No stage and the sound is a disgrace. Most of the time you can’t even hear the singer’s voice because the music is too loud. Horrible experience would never go back.

Went there years ago was fun but not anymore... The bar was sticky and most of all the staff was completely rude including this dark haired short female bartender who completely ignored me. I gave her multiple song slips from me and my friends who were with me for my birthday. When I brought up how rude she was she tried to have one of her friends who looked and sounded like fat Albert lol escort me out. I thought he was some kind of bouncer but it turned out was not even a bouncer just did not want to hear me complain about how rude this girl was totally unprofessional tried to let the other two male bartenders know and they scoffed at me and me rolled their eyes and my 14 other friends were with me for my birthday left would not go back simply disappointing. So rude and unprofessional I don’t know runs or owns this place now but I hope they read this as well.

The staff stopped us from buying drinks when we said we wanted a private room because they said it goes ‘towards the room’. We clarified this point several times. The machine in the private room was confusing to use, which cut into the hour time frame. The private room did not have half the songs that we wanted and it was very frustrating. Staff did not acknowledge that this was a problem and kept asking ‘are you sure there are songs missing?’ As if we were in the wrong. Then the staff gave me a bill for the room and plus drinks. when my party mentioned that we all heard that drinks purchased in the room count towards the room, the staff again looked at us like we were crazy. We all heard that the price of the drinks counts towards the 10$ a head. I was extremely frustrated at the end of the night. The private room was not worth the cost, it needed maintenance and the song choices were poor. They made a killing by confusing us. Would not go again. Also, the main phone number listed is a cell phone and the individual who answers never actually seems to be in the bar.

Tough to like this place. The decor is cool and the layout is ideal. Bathrooms away from the action, bar blocked by dividers, karaoke floor surrounded by TVs. But no one person runs the karaoke. Bartenders take the requests and put them somewhere?? which are relayed by a top five on the TVs between songs. People end up with two in a row often at busy times when others are trying to get on. Was there on a busy Friday where we tried for an hour and a half to get on the list while Mr. Brightside was played twice and two separate 55+ singers had back to back songs. I'm 30, but one at a time on Fridays is a standard karaoke rule. Microphones are not loud enough. There are better once/week options elsewhere.

So nice to have a bar that their main focus is karaoke. Love the sound system, many TV's, always a good time. The manager there is amazing and is always making sure everyone has a unique experience and great time!!

Main room was taken over by a wedding party, instead of renting a private room. I can't blame them, actually, private rooms are crazy expensive with a completely nonsensical system of charging per person per hour. The karaoke machines did not work properly they didn't keep up with song and everything was too expensive. Really not a great experience, and I am looking for somewhere else.

This place has gone downhill. Since it is filled with carpet, it naturally smells pretty bad for a bar. When you go to sing, the mic is turned down so far, no one can hear you and it ends up being a sing a long. We still had fun...but could improve
