wanted to share my experience with my recent order of Dum Biryani from your store. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing — the biryani was extremely dry, and it seemed like it might not have been freshly prepared. It even gave the impression that it was reheated in a microwave.nWe contacted the store to explain the situation, and the staff were very kind and understanding, which we truly appreciate. While we didn’t request a refund, we wanted to give honest feedback. Based on this experience, we are unlikely to order again, but we hope this helps improve your service.
Amazing taste! Everything we ordered was great! The food was spicy just the way we wanted it. Generous portion sizes. Fast service considering it was a Saturday night. We were told 25-30 mins but all the food came well in advance!nSome things to consider to further improve this place: clean the tables properly. The table we got was not cleaned properly. We could see the oil residues that left multiple round rim marks. It was very sticky. We asked it to be cleaned but the girls just gave us some tissues and expected us to clean it.
Items I loved, Bihari chicken Tikka and beef and chicken kabob,nThe chicken karahi boneless white meat and lamb biryani, was good but did not have much flavor that I'm used to.
First time dining in, and the food is incredibly fresh. The servers are attentive, and the atmosphere is bright and inviting. I’ve always enjoyed their takeout, and I’m glad to find that dining in is just as delicious.
One of my favourite spots in Ajax! I come here all the time for biryani, butter chicken, and naan! The ambiance and decor and music is very inviting, and the service is exceptional.
