Visited the KB location in Ajax with high expectations. 1. Service: 2 stars out of 5. We understand that the food is prepared fresh and takes 30 minutes. However, 1 hour is not acceptable, especially because there were only 2 other customers when we went .... and our order was pretty simple. Also the lady refused when I asked her to turn off the hindi songs that were being played. 2. Ambience: Good 3. Food quality and taste: Definitely freshly cooked. Still room for improvement ... overall good
First time coming to Karahi Boys for inpatient dining about two months ago. The restaurant is clean, nice decorated and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious. Portion sizes are large and filling. The meat was well seasoned with great spices and flavor. The naans were great.
There’s a couple reasons why this place deserves 5 starts. 1 is the extremely friendly staff from the wait staff/cooks/greeters. Everyone is happy to serve you. And then the interior of this restaurant is phenomenal. They really went above and beyond with every detail from the wall decor,lighting,seats and tables down to the washrooms. They match the aesthetics of the restaurant. Their food I don’t even need to say anything about it. If they put this much effort in just the appearance of the restaurant you best believe the food is exceptionally beyond amazing. You can taste the freshness in every bite whether it was the Karah chicken it self or even the naan bread. It was truly authentic. Now if you’ve read this much of the review I suggest you make the call. Reserve your self a table and head on over for an amazing experience of authentic Pakistani cuisine.
Ambiance 10 on 10, the decor of the place superb and very warm. Food is fabulous . Very conveniently located. The location is very big to cater to rush hours. We tried several items from the variety kebab/BBQ platter, all items were very delicious. I definitely recommend this place.Food: 5/5
Highly expensive for the portions they are serving. Interior is nice and beautiful. 30 mins waiting time for someone to notice that you are ready to give food order. 40 mins for the food to arrive after ordered. Once the food is arrived no one cares about whether you need something else or not. They forget our tea order completely. You can choose this restaurant if you are too hungry and you don't have any other options .
From the moment we stepped into this restaurant we knew we were going to love it. The decor and atmosphere of this place is literally breathtaking and don’t get me started on the food! There’s a lot to choose from and everything we ordered had amazing flavour! Authentic and scrumptious. Manpreet was so helpful, patient and sweet assisting us! Thank you again!
So happy to find Karahi Boys restaurant in the neighborhood!! The food is amazing! Delicious spices with all the dishes and naan was really good. Will definitely go back and try other items on the menu. The restaurant decor is captivating and washrooms are spotless. Thank so much to everyone there!!!
Super friendly and professional service, delicious and well presented food and great value for your money. We ordered karahi, biryani, special naan, bbq chicken, kabobs and everything was full of flavour. Definitely recommend people to visit if you are looking for a good Pakistani food place. I love the newly renovated interior. This place used to be Lasani grill prior to Covid.
We booked this restaurant for a birthday party dinner. From the booking process to the dinner, everything was amazing. The manager and staff were really accommodating by helping us view and record the venue before booking. They also helped setup the tables and the decor. The food was amazing and fresh. If any dish was running low, it was refilled immediately so no one is left waiting. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to host a party. Thanks to the manger Sheba, Farida and the rest of the staff for all your help for making the evening even better
Ordered from them last year through uber eats, it was the worst karaahi ever, never tried again but today i thought of giving them a second chance…..reached there around 5, they open at 1 on saturdays but all three of their doors were locked, i pulled, pushed all of them, decided to return but i thought of calling them, i called and the lady asked me to wait for 5 minutes till she checks and calls me back again, its been 7 hours, she never called back. Anyways after waiting for call for 10 minutes i tried one door again and this time i opened, me with my family went in, stood there for 20 minutes the girl on the counter was so busy she never even looked around, so i decided to leave and as soon as i turned back, a boy appeared from no where and attended us…..when i asked him about the door mystery, he said he knows nothing he just came in for job….anyways we ordered food, paratha roll bites for appetiser, half pothohari karahi, seekh kabab, family naan, salad, raita, drinks…..a few minutes later a lady came and said “paratha roll bites are appetisers but will take 20 minutes as these are made fresh, will be served along with the rest of food, you can order something else if you want it early, order some wings may be” why the first bot never mentioned any such thing while taking the order??? Anyways we ordered chat pata wings…..10 monutes passed, nothing was on the table but drinks were served, what for? Am not sure….then came wings, which had a funky smell, like rotten chicken…..then came pothohari karahi, which was almost average, nothing special, seekh kabaabs were dry, naan was good though. Customer service as i already explained sucks big time. Food is average. Paid 101 dollars for this whole experience….will surely never go there again even for free!
