It was such a great experience i would definitely go back. Hillary was an amazing host! The service was amazing. The DRINKS HIT ! The bottomless definitely had me and my friend lit. The hookah was good as well. We went on Saturday and there was a live Dj she was so good. The vibes were lit. The food was okay. Hillary suggested the chicken and waffles but we got the steak and eggs for brunch. The steak and eggs were really small and it was served with scrambled eggs which was a little odd. Other than that i had an amazing time.
Great experience. The brunch was so dope. Birthday celebration we had here and it went great. Wished the waffles were actually red velvet. We thought they were and it was just food coloring, which was very disappointing. The red velvet cupcakes definitely would've be SOOOOOOO good lol. The brunch was worth it. The drinks came flowing and they catch up to you pretty quick. Definitely worth the visit. The DJ was A1 with the tunes as well. She kept doing hit after hits. We had an amazing time. Our server was excellent as well
Wow, I came to this restaurant yesterday for a girls game night and I must say I will be coming back ONCE A WEEK. In Harlem there aren’t many places like this where you can get good food, good customer service, and beautiful. I look forward to coming back. I attached some photos of what I had. My friends had the jerk tacos and they said it deserve 5 stars as well.
This was a terrible experience, waitress was not hospitable, they did not offer any water. I ordered shrimp and grits and they brought out grits with cheese on top. I added a picture below. They rushed us after we ate and we wasn’t even sitting for an hour yet. They started taking our stuff off the table and my friend said she wasn’t done eating and they brought her back a plastic fork kit. Then they were talking about people are waiting and the restaurant is empty with 6 tables available. She took our drinks off the table and put them at the bar and told us to go to the bar. We said cool no problem but the hospitality is not good.
I was taken here for my birthday. The vibe was great. Staff was great. Dj played some hit but I was looking forward to more afrobeats. The dranks... strong had jerk chicken and it was juicy with mac and cheese. The Mac was decent in flavor but more noodle than cheese. Could of been a lit more spot but I will not mind giving it a second chance to redeem itself. Only pet peeve was that there was a a guy at the bar with his girl or whoever and he constantly kept recording ppl and the place was not pack to get so many videos. He was so weird to me and too old to be doing that. I recorded him just in case. You just can't be too careful out here. I hate to be recorded by strangers. I can imagine how many phones I am in that I am not aware of
Jazz the best!!! Wait time was short and she had me meet the owner who was also so nice!! Atmosphere was a 10/10!! Great music and a free bday shout out!!
Omg the food was so delicious I had Jerk Grilled Wild Salmon, Rice & Peas with steamed vegetable!!! Did I say finger licking good!!! I especially loved the ambiance and the vibrant energy of the space!! I would encourage folks to stop by and experience the Jamaican Culture through foodGreat customer service 10/10….
Jada was wonderful-she took great care of us! Great happy hour prices for drinks and food. Food was very good! We got a bunch of happy hour menu items tacos, patties, wings. All of it was great! The oxtail was pretty good! I’m Jamaican so I’m a pretty tough critic, but I was pretty impressed, especially considering how hard it is to find good Jamaican food in Manhattan. Will be coming back!
Was walking by with my friends & saw this Gem !!!! It was brunch and the food was Delicious!! I had the chicken & waffles !! The bartender was so nice ! The drinks was tasty !!! Willl be back !!
Had amazing time at Kanü !! The staff were attentive and amazing. They had DJ going off during brunch. We stayed after brunch and the place turned into a feel good party. They offer everything from great cocktails, food, and hookah. We indulged in all of the above . Great location right in Harlem. Definitely making this spot one of my frequent spots to visit.
