Over all happy with the work that was done. However, had to chase them quite a bit to get the finishing touches and outstanding issues completed after they considered the job to be done. Also they left cigarette butts all over my yard which I had to clean up.

Worse post service in my life. I have all the messages to prove it. Over months of trying to get them to fix something after spending 20k. DO NOT do business with them, you've been warned. The owner was a friend of a friend. Imagine how he will treat a complete stranger.

Shawn and his team were great when they installed. We had some unfortunate settling of some stones in the first year and others needed to be reset. But , Shawn team came out and solved the problem and now it looks fantastic. Kanata Stoneworks stand by their work!
