Previously I hadn't had a good experience with the service department, but today that has changed. There was a fellow named Sam and he was awesome, even helped me set up my cellphone re Bluetooth (I have had my car for 3 years). I truly received great service. Thanks Sam!

I have been taking my car to Honda for service for everything, from a simple oil change to brake work and tire changes, and everytime I go I get the most excellent service. I am treated with respect, and have never been "sweet-talked" into getting something I didn't want or need. The employees always explain everything that needs to be done, and what can wait. I have never felt pushed or pressured, and always leave feeling informed and confident in the work that has been done on my vehicle. Tyson Schwarz is fantastic, and his excellent customer service is the reason why I continue to return. He is the best service provider I have ever had, and as long as he is with Honda, I will continue to have my car serviced there. Thank you Tyson, and thank you Honda!

Walked in with my friend to look at a vehicle, didn’t even know what I was willing to spend and turned me away practically at the door... Tried to talk me out of spending money And his correct words “ not trying to be fatherly here but I think you should wait to purchase a car you don’t want to get in debt at such a young age” I’m almost 30... I felt judged right from the gecko Because I looked very young, he stereotyped me on what I can afford... very wrong and unprofessional

My first time at a Honda dealer was better than i hoped. I bought a used Mazda from Troy Harmer and the experience was easy and quick because I was in a rental. Thank you Troy and Franko
