It was a difficult decision to change my previous vehicle to my current vehicle due to the fact I was satisfied with what I had. I went into Kamloops Ford Lincoln with a goal in mind and they helped me achieve my goal and over a month removed from the deal my goals are being met. We recently brought our Dodge back for warranty repair and they were more than accommodating and helpful. Truck was repair promptly and runs great! Thanks again

My wife and I deal with Rick during our sales process. Highly recommended. Knowledgeable, friendly and knows how to assess how much Assistance you want or need. Also very intuitive and anticipating possible questions or in providing options for us that we hadn’t quite got to ourselves… Rick was very responsive to any of our follow up questions and requests. Very prompt in getting back to us if we had questions. He made the sales experience and extremely positive one for us. Highly recommended.

Took my car to the service department, I stood there for 10 minutes before the girl got off her phone and said "sorry I didn't see you" they took longer than they originally said, which made me late for all the rest of my appointments, that day. The service girl didn't bother calling me to tell me my car was ready, I had to call in and ask. To top off their wonderful customer service, My car broke down one week later for the same exact thing they said they had repaired. Second appointment, Called in on a Saturday when the engine light came on, she said Drop it off Monday morning, and it will get looked at, after no phone call all day, I called around 2PM, there is zero communication between their staff, a guy said my car was being looked at right now, called back few hours later, they got someone to call me back and he got super snappy at me on the phone and said we did not have time to look at it, Now I am without my car once again. I do not recommend these people at all, awful customer service, and do not stand behind their work.

Had a great experience at the Kamloops service department. We were on vacation when we noticed our engine light come on. We phoned and Sarah fit us in that day. They arranged for a rental car, so we could still enjoy our day and get our chores done while we waited. They sped up the estimated time that the truck would be ready because they knew we weren't from Kamloops and couldn't really wait around comfortably. All the while, everyone was really friendly and sympathetic to our predicament.

Great service all around as soon as I walked through the door. Didn't have to wait to get my vehicle back because the work was done when I was told. I have been to a few different ford service dept. On the coast. And Kamloops Ford out does them all. Thanks Kamloops Ford Lincoln. I will be back again.
