Absolutely useless department. They don't reply to messages to legitimate concerns for our streets. This City has really took a toll for the worst in the last year! All thanks to the new Mayor! Small businesses, don't bother paying for your business licences and give 1 cent to this city. No one checks, nor anyone held accountable. Building permit department has no one there to answer emails or calls either.
Been working directly with the Bylaw supervisor and he has been extremely supportive and polite to work with. Had complaints filed against me, and he has made me feel more like he’s trying to help get the situation sorted out rather than ‘enforcing’ a bylaw. Very understanding and empathetic, would recommend working with him to anyone.
Horrible service! We have very low standards in kamloops! Your yard can b totally unkept but it’s ok! Rats running everywhere but that’s ok! shouldn’t even pay for a bylaw in this city!
Completely useless organization. I made a complaint weeks ago, only to be ignored. I left several messages for the manager, completely ignored. The few officers that have attended previously have no idea of these laws. They just get paid to give out false information. It's become very obvious that all these officers deal with is the homeless population now. The rest of the city gets ignored
NO HELP!!! WASTE OF OUR TAX DOLLARS!!!!!! instead of responding, Kamloops Bylaw will transfer your call to the rcmp instead of dealing with the problem or contacting the RCMP themselves & instead make you do all the phone work while I’m busy working at my job, I shouldn’t have to do their job to!!!!!!
What a waste of money this corrupt, treasonous, anti-freedom organization is. HONK HONK
Shame on Bylaw for harassing truckers!
