Food was good. Menu focuses on panini sandwiches and salads. Restaurant is smaller and Kitchen is partially open so you can tell they have limited equipment. No fries or other deep fried options here. Staff were friendly and service was a little slow given the fare. They have an assortment of teas and unique smoothies as well as serving some alcohol. I would recommend going here.

Love this restaurant. Had to go back again today for the West Coast bagel. The salad dressing is amazing too!

Grilled cheese and African peanut soup! Fantastic! If I wasn't on the ferry going back to Campbell River I'd get another one.

This is my go to resturant when I want delusions, healthy, real food. Their Joey burger and Not Chicken burger are my faves. Definatly go to this resturant!
