Drivers are nice but the dispatchers make it a 1 Star, and it usually takes awhile for a cab to show up.

I use this service alot l,as i lost my drivers license. The dispat h "woman" is about the worst i have ever hwve experienced. I called one full hour before i needed a cab and reserved it. The hour is up, and i called, to make sure it was dispatched, and the f course, she forgot. They need to get a nice respectful dispatch person. Thank god summer is around the corner. I can ride a bike.

no stars at all!!! They have the worst dispatcher service.. Specially the dispatcher who works in the evening doesn't know how to talk with people. I would say please get some lessons on customer service or just leave your job. He/she doesn't even listen to people. Drivers are very nice. Hire new dispatchers !!!!
