Kalamazoo Pediatric Dentistry: Ryan M Basler, DDS

Patient Care was good. Reception and Call backs were horrible. Do not expect to be able to talk to anyone over the phone or get a call back in 48 hours from receptionist. Ultimately we ended up going elsewhere because of the poor communication. The place seemed pretty dirty to some extent as well. I would not suggest looking around on the floor to much.

I had the best experience with Kalamazoo Pediatric Dentistry. Both dental assistants who worked with my son were fantastic and Dr. Van was great. My son felt at ease during the whole visit. Thank you!

Went a half hour over my appointment time to get my child in. Thankfully I took the day off work. Staff is awesome but I would recommend the receptionist to call patients to tell them that they're running after their schedule. They didn't even acknowledge the patients in the waiting area to let them know their wait time. Just a suggestion!

Dr. Basler's receptionist took my call close to closing, when I explained the situation, a dental emergency for my grandson, who had NOT been seen by Dr. Basler before, she offered to stay open past closing time so that he could be seen. Dr. Basler was kind, patient and treated the dental emergency immediately, staying over an hour past closing time. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of care that was delivered. What an asset to the community this Dentist is!
