I had new tires installed by another chain while in Quesnel.  I had been told to have them checked, so stopped in at the Kal Tire in 100 Mile House to get them to do it. The fellow there was quick and polite, did the work right away, and then didn't charge me! I was very impressed at the customer service and will be back.

Passing by got my tires rotated and in so doing the keen eye of trained pro's found a faulty bearing that would be a disaster left unchecked

Disappointing. Great people and service. Only issue is calling. I called 4 times to try to make an appointment, but no one would answer the phone.

Kal Tire Has always been Top Drawer, I have dealt with Al and Kal Tire's staff, since 1987. Never had a Complaint.
