Kal Tire

A big thankyou!!!nMy wife and young son woke up to a flat a couple days ago and getting into town from our property was a challenge, but they were met with extremely friendly and kind staff today who got her fixed up and back on the road in no time. My wife said and Inquote “ they are so friendly and nice here”.nWe’ll be using Kal Tire in Swan for any future needs for sure!!!

Had my truck in for a mount and balance on November 4th. Told them I had a family emergency and was needing to hit the road right away.nnDuring the mount and balance an employee came out to get me to show me some already existing damage on the truck regarding my upper control arm. I was thankful they noticed and made me aware of the broken part so I could have it fixed before taking my trip.nnWhile I was on my trip I stoped to have my tires retorqued when I found the employees at Swan River Kal Tire had broken this and failed to notify me and chose to just try and hide the damage and put the hub cap back on choosing to send me on my journey in an unsafe manner. At least they left me my lug nut…

I am 100 per cent please with the fast quality Profesional work the employees were friendly knowledgeable well organized and took pride in there work a pleasure to see them at work was totally impressed. The manager met me as I drove in took my vechle promptly to bay for work to be done .He was very knowledgeable friendly well organized an manage his crew in a manner in which it seem treats them all fairly . He is an asset to your company. I totally satisfied. Thankyou.

Another puncture, another pleasant visit to Kaltire in Swan River. By the time I’d finished my coffee Top man Clayton had my drive tyre fixed and back on the truck. Thanks guys and remember for every mile of highway there is two miles of ditch.

Stopped in quick to fill my tire, the technician noticed the valve was leaking. She replaced it at no charge, filled the tire and i was on my way in less then 5 minutes!
