Kal Tire

Previously I had left a negative review over an incident I had when calling this business. Due to the response I received here from the owner, I decided to give them another chance when our family's other vehicle came due for an oil change. I am happy to say the service was great on all levels and I have upgraded my rating to five stars. This business is well known for its great service in town and this has been shared with me by multiple aquaintences. They were noticeably honest in their dealings with me in regards to the maintenance my vehicle required beyond the oil change, and checked with me before performing what needed to be done.

I have never dealt with such incompetent staff. After ordering brand new winter tires and being told that I would get a call once they arrived, they failed to uphold their word and after 3 weeks of not hearing from them I gave them a call and was told that my tires had arrived. Maybe they were wanting to wait till the spring to call me. I booked an appointment for the next day to have them switched over. The next day I showed up and was told that my tires weren't there and that I would have to re-book my appointment for when they arrive. What kind of clowns are running this place!? Waste of my time would never recommend them to anyone or do business with them again.

I was treated wonderfully here and given a break as i was short on the amount required for the work done. Dean was very polite and very helpful. I will be returning with all my other repairs and the amount owing whether he wants it or not. Very pleased with this garage.

These guys are great. Took my car there yesterday. They repaired my windshield wiper and checked my car over to make sure there was no damage after i got stuck in the snow drift. Thanks so much Kal Tire, Swan River,

The staff at the Kal-Tire in Swan River have given me great service on multiple vehicles for the past 6+ years. I highly recommend them.
