We have always had the best service from Kal tire! Today was no exception! Flat tire fixed super fast, even carried it out to the truck. Dustin was great in explaining new tires to us, got back to us SO fast, was knowledgeable and friendly! Gave us great choices with informative explanation of them all!! Always a positive experience! Super friendly and helpful service. Two hours into our road trip we got a flat tire and they were not only able to get us in last minute but got the tire fixed and had us back on the road an hour later! Will definitely be returning customers here.

Mainly good interactions until as of this morning, my most recent tire work had been done here. I took my vehicle into the ford dealership yesterday to have a service done and well since its also winter to get the winter rims with tires put back on with the service. Ford called me back asking where the spacers are for the winter set.. I said well I don't know actually the last company to service / swap them was Kal-tire these rims have been on and off the vehicle for 6 years with no mention of missing spacers until now so I thought I would have a simple friendly chat with the service desk to maybe check the notes on our last service to see where the technician may have put them vehicle trunk etc..all I got was a " Its not our fault" "Sorry we don't keep notes back that far" and "are you sure they are the same rims ?" needless to say I was not intending to place blame at the time but its clear that they cannot  locate the missing parts because they don't take notes apparently? seems strange to me. anyways I will be taking my services elsewhere from here on in. feel sorry if a customer had an issue and encountered a lawsuit and the company didn't keep notes on the service provided, even one as simple as a seasonal rim change.

Amazing service today. Thank you to the whole team at CR Kaltire. From start to finish every step was handled so well. Golden service. Every team member made it seem so easy and calm. The team was fluid as they stepped outside of their roles to pick up/drop off soni could get my car there and back home. I didn’t even have an appointment today. Like wow. Thank you.

Quick and friendly service. I didn’t know I had a nail in my summer tire and they fixed it free of charge while changing my tires. These small acts of kindness go a long way and we will continue to bring our two vehicles here for seasonal tire changes. Really like the ability to book online and the automated texts when your vehicle is ready

Had a flat on island highway but couldn’t fix due to a seized lug nut so gave them a call. A bit of miscommunication on response time for service truck but no biggie. Got us back to town and serviced for very reasonable cost, with only delay really due to NAPA parts delivery. Another good KAL experience.

As for customer experience it was good only downfall is that they didn't have any selected tires I needed at the time an let me drive away   unfortunately went to a different competitor who had my tires an that's that  Thanks again for trying to help

Everytime I visit Kal Tire the staff greet me with a smile and deal with my problem with professionalism. Everyone that I deal with are friendly as well. Keeps me coming back!

Stopped in while vacationing because our van was giving a tire pressure warning.  Was quickly looked after. The problem was immediately diagnosed as a computer issue.  Our van’s  computer was reset and we were on our way within 15 minutes.  We appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff in helping us solve the problem.

Good service and people, from the front desk dealing with Dustin to the shop service where brian was mounting my new tires and doing an alignment Only took an hour of time!
