Came in to get a taillight and headlight replaced today appointment at 2pm. I asked on 3 occasions the cost of the bulbs as I would have considered installing them myself. Instead they said they didn’t know, drove my vehicle into the shop, made me wait 50 minutes and then charged shop time on top. I’ll give 2 instead of a one as everything works however the communication with the front desk staff left a little to be desired. I was clear about wanting a price for both bulbs and labour first.
Very accommodating to my needs! Fast and amazing service!
