Brought my truck in today to diagnose a sound. I dealt with Brad. He was super helpful, and got me in right away. The crew was fast, and got me out the door quickly. Good job!
Thank you Andy so much for all your help with our van when it wouldn't start! Squeezed Us in and got everything done very fast. Everyone else was also amazing and nice! Would definitely come back!
Came in for a flat repair. Arsh and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service as well as fast turnaround times. They will always get my business moving forward.
If you know the tires you want, they are great. However, beware of them finding work that will likely do nothing aside from lighten your wallet. While I am happy with the two sets of tires for two vehicles I own, there definitely could have been a bit more mention about added noise compared to the tires that were replaced.nnVehicle 01 I brought back due to increased noise and road vibration starting at 30km/h. I mentioned that it could be just the more aggressive tires and they suggested a rebalance which was done. Afterwards, it was suggested the noise could be from a wheel bearing and it was suggested to make an appointment to diagnose the wheel bearing. The wheel bearings are not the issue as the noise only occurred immediately after picking up the vehicle after having the new tires installed. Again, I can live with the noise but don't recommend things that aren't the problem.nnVehicle 02 I brought back as the steering wheel wasn't straight after the alignment related to the new tires. They did not due an alignment as they said the lower ball joints needed to be replaced $1k which is why the steering wheel wasn't straight. Not sure why this wasn't noticed when they did the initial alignment but i have had three inspections at three different shops since this past summer, with the most recent inspection done the week before the tires were installed. All three shops did not identify an issue with the ball joints. Again, why recommend work that likely doesn't need to be done.
I've always gone to this location for all my large black blown rubber needs. And they've always been well staffed, very accomidating, expedient. The store front is clean with decent coffee..and staff on both sides are friendly.nnBathrooms for a tire place are very clean. A great place to poop! My defication location of choice.
