Ms. Kainen might be excellent at law, but her customer service skills are severely lacking. After asking two questions she assumed much about me and my business and made rude remarks that were very off-putting. Most attorneys offer some form of free consultation even if briefly over the phone, so the client understands the process, associated fees, etc. She was clear to state her hourly fee which was standard and not surprising and then proceeded to insult me by saying 'most businesses who want free information cannot afford the fees for the process'. Whoa. Little does she know I have hired many attorneys in the past and expect to pay for any services rendered. What I got was a presumptive, arrogant and dismissive attitude....not exactly what you want in a professional, let alone a lawyer.

Nikki South is the most unprofessional, not caring attorney I've dealt with in a long time. Does not call back after a voicemail is left, does not tell you what you are paying for goal of the case. Always tells her secretaries to take messages for her and takes her days to get back. When I called to ask what I'm paying for they told me to seek help elsewhere. Never work this lady!!!
