Kahnawake Catholic Church

St. Kateri is one of Canada's coolest Saints, and you can see her tomb and the St. Francis Xavier church. Highly recommend to anyone especially Christians visiting the oratory and Notre Dame to come by here. They look like they cpuld use better management and make it nicer and morr accessable for tourists but otherwise the church and eveything else is great. Please show them some support and attach this trip in with your St. Josephs Oratory-Notre Dame trip in Montréal.

Wish our group had more time to spend in the museum. The speaker in the church was not loud enough for everyone to hear her. She also needs to tweak her speech and make it shorter.

This shrine and church is always amazing, beautiful, and blessed. It definitely does a whole lot more than honor saints. It definitely also reaches and helps out and serves the community.

This is an impressive shrine where you can learn more about Ste Kateri's life and miracles.

Beautiful, peaceful! Somewhat rudimentary architecture/decor except the ceilings which have beautiful murals. The huge draw is St. Kateri Tekakwitha, whose body is entombed here. Check the hours ahead of time. It is not always open. We snuck in after close but before the gift shop attendant left -- very kind of him!! This place is something of a hidden gem -- off the beaten path!
