At a potluck some family had bought kachori from here, and family had loved it. Decided to go and see myself if was good. Assumed the owners were Gujarati based on the menu, however they perhaps are from some other Northern Indian state. Vada Pav 5/5 is a quintessential from Western India particularly from Mumbai the $8 for hand helds are bit expensive. The taste however was very good. The vadas were freshly fried and super hot when ate outside on a bench immediately after. The chutneys good, but the essential is the red garlic chutney powdered seemed missing or was very little. It definitely worth the drive again for this. Kachori Chhat 4/6 with two kachoris and potato curry. Made it without yogurt to make it vegan. Overall good, but would have liked with chickpeas rather than the potatoes. Barfi Dhokla 1/5 - was a complete let down. Too dry, no flavour perhaps not even freshly made the same day. We took chutney for a buck and that didn’t help as well.
Yum yum yum!!! Craving for Indian chats, then this is the best place for it. Dal kachori and Aloo pyaaz kachoris are delicious, same taste as you get in India and at reasonable prices. Jalebi and Dhoklas are yummy. Only a take out place, so limited options available here. Never miss out this place if you’re around Brampton.
Newly built up snacking option in Brampton area that serves authentic north western snacks that includes Kachori Sandwich, Kachori Chaat, Vada Paav, Dal Kachori, Lilva Kachori and Aloo Pyaaz Kachori along with Chole Kulche and Aloo Puri options. Please be advised that currently they offer take outs only. Areas of improvement are curd related drinks like Masala Chaas and Mango Lassi. We found Masala Chaas with too much extra salt and Mango Lassi tasted as if the curd was stale and kept for a long time. Vegetarian options: All the preparations are Vegetarian
Was craving some Mumbai street snacks so googled some places around the area and landed up here. They are located in a very industrial spot and is for takeout only as there weren't any seating spaces. They have a decent number of items on their menu and was excited to try out the Vada Pavs and Dabeli. They do have some pre-packaged snacks available for pick & go. The Vada Pav & Dabeli tasted average. The Schezwan Vada Pav wasn't great tho; was mostly chopped veggies in chilli garlic sauce - that's not schezwan sauce! Likely won't go here again as there are quite a lot of other places for better street snacks.
The reception area was very clean, the orders were well managed. Albeit, the wait times were longer than expected due to the place being busy with lots of orders. This is a good sign, as it shows that they are doing good business. Their Dabeli, Sev Khamani and Daal Kachori was good, the aaloo pyaz kachori had very minimal filling and it was lacking that chatpata taste. There was something off in the kachori chaat plate, most likely the yoghurt did not taste fresh, because the other ingredients were also used in other ordered items; and they were tasting fresh. Prices were reasonable. I have liberally rated it with 3 stars, as taste is subjective matter.
What a delish. Drove 20 mins for this and totally worth it. Kachori is very delicious. Good for price. Tried both dal and Aloo pyaz and liked em both. The only drawback is chutney for $1. They should have given Atleast one and charge $1 for additional one. Otherwise fully 5 stars!!
The food is really good. Service was fast and easy. Their Kachori made my friend cry.. it was that GOOD... little pricey, but for quality, it's worth it.Food: 5/5
I wish there were more stars than 5 because they deserve it. They never disappoint with their food or service. You won’t find better kachori’s and vadapav than their’s in Ontario atleast. They always serve fresh and hot food. You just have to pay extra for the chutneys as nothing is included with the kachori. But try it all because you will fall in love with the food. The portions of the fresh food are also worth the price. The packed snacks are expensive though. Do try their tea as well! You will definitely come back. I am glad they are gonn have Dine-in soon.
Easily one of the best Kachori I’ve ever had! Always fresh and delicious. You must try it to believe it! Other food items and snacks are also worth trying - they don’t feel too forced and they always taste very good. Kudos to the staff!
Would definitely recommend that you try the daal kachori, aalo pyaz kachori and kachori chat. I live in London, but still make sure to visit kachori house once a month. Jalebi here is nice too. And also khaman.Recommended dishesKachori Chaat, Dal Kachori
