Very disappointed with Kabul Farm Service. I have been buying with you guys for the last 20 years, and I remember going to Milton Farm and buying directly from Sardar. Yesterday, I ordered Beef Leg. By the time I reached home, I had found no stake bag in the meat. It happened once a few months back. I thought I had made a mistake. But it happens again, and one bag is missing from the rest of the meat. I called the Guy, and the worse thing happened. He said he did not even cut the stakes for me :. However, he verified the stake cut size while slicing my beef leg. I was not expecting cheating after many years of a relationship. , Sardar, you need to visit your locations if you want better and more trustworthy service.
HEADSUP, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! The guys at the meat department are outrageous. They have terrible customer service and no respect for women customers cause clearly they think this is back home in their country. Bought two cow heals and asked them to cut in a round shape and shows us so we agreed because obviously its in a round shape. The man proceeds to cuts one piece in a round shape and cuts the rest up in triangles and squares which was not the agreement. When I called them after I got home and explained the the issue, the man starts being very rude and talking over on the phone saying it was our fault that he showed us and asked But clearly you showed us one round peice and you decided to not follow that after. He kept asking which guy cut the meat i told him how am i supposed to know did they indroduce themselves?, i dont know their names. I asked if they can correct the issue and he refused. I told him I will go to another company and receive better service his reply is "good thank you".
Yesterday I bought pepper and these cookies from here. The cookies have very bad smell and It was old and the pepper was not fresh iam disappointed that bought from this cheater stor .please do not influence the name of a country because of your deception and carelessness,

Last three years I have been buying halal meats from this place. Lately there behaviour was downgrading,specially on my last visits they behaved like I am getting favour from them. I just want to let them know they just lost one loyal customer and I have plenty of options to shop around the place. Arrogant and aggressive employee. Blot of Muslim. Now I am shopping from Sunny.
Best quality raw meat. But they don't cut the meat after 7 so even if the store closes at 7;30. Please go before 7 to get your meat cut.
Went in becuase the sign says "restaurant " on the outside. There is no eating area and it looks very messy near the hot table.
Very good place to get fresh halal meat.
Very clean stocked with our traditional options of food , dry fruits and fresh Naan n bollani is out of this world
