I am current sitting president for my condo building. Our manager, Lynn Cutforth has been amazing for us. She was assigned to us from KDM and we have been so incredibly pleased with her. Timely communication, excellent knowledge from over 20 years experience of condo management and a wealth of knowledge that has helped our board navigate our way through all the issues that come with a large condo complex. Lynn is always available in any situation, and always knows how to find the information we need. We feel so fortunate to have the leadership she provides, and the amount of research, experience, and information she and her assistant are able to give the board gives us confidence we are making decisions that benefit all our tenants. We are so appreciative that she works with us and for us in all matters we face.
Highly elated with this property management company! KDM Property Management has been nothing but professional, prompt and pleasant while assisting with my time sensitive requests. I personally spoke/emailed with 3 to 4 different individuals and they all assisted me to their best ability. Upon speaking with each of the individuals, it became clear to me there is excellent communication within the company as each person was already aware of my situation. They handled my requests urgently which alleviated a lot of my stress as we are going through the process of selling our property. Special considerations were made and I felt as though my situation was dealt with in a compassionate manner.
I am writing this acknowledgement for Janine Watson, Condominium Manager at KDM Management. I have had the professional pleasure to work/collaborate with Janine since 2016 on countless, multiple projects/claims/assessments. During this period, I have supported Janine as an independent insurance adjuster while she was a claims coordinator for KDM. Since March of 2021 I have begun working as a cost consultant for Janine on large insurance claim projects now that she has completed a transition to Condo Manager. Janine has a background in insurance and has been involved in the condo marketplace with KDM for many years. Her overall knowledge of both industries makes her a huge asset for her condominium corporation clients as each role provides key experience. Janine has managed some of the largest loss claims in the Edmonton area region in that time. This includes whole condo complex losses that required complete rebuilds. This involved being the central point for insurance, contractors, engineers, architects and all the disciplines that you would appreciate being involved. Janine can chair and direct the course of action in these situations which requires a strong commitment to details and especially communication. With a background and experience like the above, it allows for an easy transition to the daily/monthly/yearly coordination of the activities required to manage multiple condo corporations. She can create a scope for projects, assess estimates, communicate easily with contractors, and accurately manage the accounting for of all these levels. Janine has a friendly and warm disposition but can be strong and direct when required. She is highly respected in this industry and is a pleasure to work with. I just had the opportunity to work with Paul Agnihotri of KDM Management on an offer on a property that he Manages. My buyer's are very detailed Orientated people and do their due diligence in researching all the documents. Paul was extremely co-operative and took the time to explain and answer all the questions that they had. He was extremely quick in responding to all their questions or providing them with documentation to support it. Thanks to Paul and KDM for this amazing service. I've been a realtor for 20 years and have never come across this type of service from Property Management Company. Thanks again.
As a condo board member of almost 4 years of a property that KDM has managed for the past 10 years, I’ve seen first hand how experienced KDM truly is and just how committed they are to their properties. Alex has been our property manager since the beginning and he is a person who definitely looks out for the best interests of the board and all owners. If you’re an a individual or a board who might be looking at potential property management companies, I’d highly recommend considering KDM!
KDM Management has been managing our property at Marquis Condominium for over 5 years. We entered into a contract with KDM specifically to retain Lynn Cutforth as our property manager. Lynn and KDM Management have exceeded our expectations by providing superior knowledge, contractors, support, and technical systems. We have lived here for 25 years and I have been on the Board for 12 years and President for 9 years. KDM has been our property manager for that entire time and we have been very well served. KDM has helped us deal with some difficult issues and the team of Lynn Cutforth, Angie Mott and their support staff are responsive and professional. I would certainly recommend KDM to other condo boards looking for a strong partner.

I appreciate our condo manager, Arthur’s knowledge of Condo regulation and his years of management experience. Both of these have been heavily drawn on because of our condo circumstances. His high availability and quick response is valued. KDM and Arthur, have been very reliable, supportive and helpful.
