The K-Bob Cafe has been a part of downtown Princeton and the Tou family since 1961. Prior to that time it was known as the K-Bob Soda Grill and was owned by Kay and Bob Hobert.

Very good food. I had the potato pancakes with sausage and Apple sauce. The smart and friendly waitress asked if I wanted the full order of 3 cakes. I got 2 and still took a box home. 1 pancake would have been fine. Cinnamon rolls look super though we didn't have one. The kielbasa breakfast was a hit too. Coffee was super.

Wonderful home cooking but get there early closing is 2pm. All baked goods made in house. Fantastic and fair prices.

Our favorite Sunday morning breakfast stop. Great service, piping hot food & a bottomless coffee cup. Yum yum!
